Century 21 Towne and Country is a Real Estate business designed to sell homes and make families happy! Dianne Green is the owner of two franchises, located in Salisbury and Concord North Carolina. She has several different relators that work under her to get homes sold and bring in new listings, known as inventory. Each employee strives hard to sell properties and make a name for themselves and the business.

Cathy Griffin has been in the business of selling home for 23 years. She has a true passion for this business. Putting in over 80 hours a week, she strives to make her clients happy and coming back. She lives by her personal quote, "People don't care how much you know, but how much you care." If you truly think about it, it's so true! It's all about the time and effort you put into your everyday job.












I, Ashlee McNabb am a rising senior at Catawba College, majoring in Integrated Marketing and Communications. With this major I would like to pursue a career in sales. This passion lead me to being an intern for Cathy Griffin at Century 21 Towne & Country. Here I am responsible for creating flyers for each listing and writing a house bio for each home that is located on flyers, and in newspapers, magazines, and websites.
